Our Story
Non-typical challenges require a novel approach. This is why we have combined efforts across four diametral areas:
- UN international rescue missions designed to extract diplomats from world-wide hot spots;
- Financial models of the Private Placement Program;
- Innovative developments of the military-industrial complex (military-industrial complex) NATO;
- As well as making use of geopolitical reputation and connections.
These four life-tracks of our founders, the experience and authority gained between 2005-2007, allowed us to obtain a synergistic effect in the interdisciplinary experience outlined by professional know-how of our founders.
This is how, Mondial Leasing, though a relatively young company, has encapsulated within in its business models decades of experience in security, international finance, lobbyism and has performed a genuine breakthrough in research and development, vetted by time and NATO.
Mondial Leasing was founded in November 2019, focusing on two mains strategic directions:
- Disposal of toxic waste and ammunition thanks to PEPS equipment; and
- Replacing all public transportation fueling with sustainably-sourced electricity within the State Program Framework of Ukraine, until 2030;
These directions are driven by our commitment, awareness and philanthropic activities, designed to establish a sustainable environment for humanity’s next generation.

Dispose of three France-sized floating debris islands in the Pacific with PEPS technology
Goal 2
Plant 1 trillion trees by 2050 by making use of military bomb-dropping seedlings encapsulated in special tubes via the “carpet bombing” method
Goal 3
Build 120 factories near megacities and industrial centres across the world, to absorb CO2, release O2 and produce a carbon mixture used within the perfume industry
Goal 4
Eradicate hunger and poverty in Africa by building of food synthesizing factories, drip irrigation multi-storey greenhouses, ocean water desalination and enabling vocational education for 100 million young Africans
